2: Purpose of Investment; alot of prospect don't get this advise before investing. Knowing the purpose of investment gives you an edge of predicting your return on investment, either for landbanking, rental income or agriculture, depending on what you want to use it for.

4: Land/Property Documents; I have had opportunities to resolve decision making challenges from prospect on the best pr .
5; Site Inspection is key; In 2020 I got a call from a lady from port harcourt who needed us to get her a buyer, within few days to the Glory of God we got a potential buyer to see this Property and Proceed for payment, my team was sent for site inspection of this property, to our shocking surprise it was a GHOST PROPERTY👻😱
Many prospect have been duped, especially Nigerians in diaspora 🌍🇦🇪🇺🇸🇰🇷🇩🇰
